Associate Professor Wakisaka received the 30th Toyama Award

Associate Professor Mitsuru Wakisaka received the 30th Toyama Award from the Toyama Prefecture Citizens Personal Development Foundation. This Award is given to people from Toyama or to Toyama Prefecture residents judged to have been expected to play an active part in the future and have made significant contributions to academic research, science and technology, culture, art or sports. He received the Award for his outstanding achievements in the “Analyses of Fuel Cell Reactions at Pt-Based Electrocatalysts by Photoelectron Spectroscopy and Scanning Tunneling Microscopy”. He was commended by the Foundation President, Ryuichi Ishii, the Toyama Prefectural Governor, at the Toyama International Conference Center on May 23rd.
